Spring is hear! Practice Tuesday and Thursday 5:30PM. Will post
game times as soon as I have received.
HS will be having 4 matches with SEK home and away against their 2 teams and
then do a tourney. U15 will be in league play.
HS and U15 would like to compete in the Show Me State Games this year.
So lets plan for this in July I believe. Kids may be in need of some
fundraising assistance.
My apologies for lack of updates. It has been a little more convenient
to post on FB, so I may look into "streaming" the FB feed to this column.
We are accepting new players for the spring league. Please e-mail or come
to a practice for details.
Summer Sizzler was a success! Way to go Cats. U14 took 1st, U13
took 2nd, and HS Lady Cats took 1st!!
Summer 3v3 Tournies! The Wildcats U13 took 2nd
and the U14 took 3rd. The only team to beat the Cats actually won
Nationals last year. Way to go cats playing short and the first tourney of
the summer!!
Phil Wise and Jay Boice of Insurance Benefits Consultants graciously donated
cash to the Club. If see them please thank them for their generosity!
Jeff Werneke of Neosho Box & Wood made a generous cash donation to the club.
If you see Jeff please thank him! The monies were used towards the
purchase of the portable Futsal Goals.
MYSA Registration is required to play in the Leagues. The annual MYSA fee is $15.
We also have to get the Futsal Players Cards for $6 if your child is playing futsal. This provides secondary medical insurance
(or primary if you do not have a primary) for the players and also
liability insurance for the venues. Please see coach after practice with
any questions.
